"All hearing tests confirmed that I definitely needed hearing aids. I was then instructed to see Dr. Franco at Anderson Audiology. She and her staff have been so sweet to me, and they have provided me not just the aids but also a streamer device for the phones. I also suffer from tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and she adjusted the aids so that it muffled most of the ringing. I am now feeling more comfortable at home, at work, and also with my sleep pattern. "My dad, Ed Hall, went to Anderson Audiology because he was having trouble with new hearing aids from a competitor. The competitor charged him every time he went in, and he never got them adjusted right. The other doctor refused to do anything else for him without paying again, and his hearing aids never worked properly.

He found Dr. Gascay, and she sent the same hearing aids back to the manufacturer because they had a faulty microphone. Because these were still under warranty, there was no charge. Dr. Gascay fixed the problem. She was professional, diligent, and kind. She worked hard with equipment to get speech where it should be and removed humming.
