Living in a country where English is not the primary language has given her firsthand experience in day-to-day existence with a communication barrier (and appreciating the consumption of raw seafood). Now she enjoys exercising her training and experience by assisting others through vestibular/balance assessment, diagnostic audiology, and use of hearing technologies.

Dr. Sweeney has been married to her sweet husband since May of 2008 and they have 1 dog and 2 cats. When this avid “Trekie” does manage to find free time, her attention is turned to her family, cooking, and knitting.

Our Staff

Rhonda Miller
Practice Manager

Rhonda, a native Nevadan, has worked with Anderson Audiology since 2004 and feels it is a privilege to work with so many talented individuals. “As a team we are able to provide our patients with the best hearing healthcare in Southern Nevada.” Looking forward as Anderson Audiology continues to grow, Rhonda says, “I’m excited to bring our services to new neighborhoods in the valley as we continue to implement our expansion plan.” She not only is committed to her work at Anderson Audiology, but also finds time to enjoy the simple things in life. Rhonda is a devoted wife and mother. She has been married 32 years to her remarkable husband Larry and they have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. Some of Rhonda’s favorite hobbies include traveling, hiking, spectating sporting events, and church service.

Terrie Buck
Human Resources/Professional Development Manager

Having been with Anderson Audiology since 2008, Terrie is a dedicated component to the team. This is largely due to her experiences each day in the office, as well as it simply being a phenomenal place to work. “The owners value their employees and are involved in providing tools for the staff to improve with their assignments. It’s a fantastic environment.” Terrie not only is a busy woman at work, but also outside of work. She has been married to her sweet husband for 40 years and they have 6 children and 18 grandchildren. A good portion of her spare time is spent traveling all over the country. Since her family is the light of her life and subsequently scattered everywhere, this is the best way to keep up with them. When Terrie does find time to relax, she enjoys using her I-Pad and reading.

Katie Robertson
Marketing Manager

In December of 2010, Katie became part of the Anderson Audiology family. Because of her great love and passion for people she feels blessed to be working for a team whose main focus is ensuring patients reach their desired hearing needs. “It warms my heart knowing I’m part of a team that not only is dedicated to their patients, but has an unconditional love for each one.” Katie graduated in 2007 from Southern Utah University with a Bachelors degree in Interpersonal Communications and is now the SUU Southern Nevada Alumni Chapter President. Although she finds great excitement in new adventures, some of her greatest joys are dancing, skeet shooting, college football, shopping, traveling, her church and laughing with family and friends, especially her adorable nieces and nephews.

Wendy
Patient Care Coordinator/Henderson Office

Wendy has been with Anderson Audiology since June of 2010 and loves working with people who she considers to be the best in the world. She delights in working directly with the patients upon their arrival to the office for their appointments. “Our patients are wonderful. I love the difference we can make in their lives as we help them hear.” Wendy feels lucky in love, as she is married to her high school sweetheart. They have 4 fabulous kids together, ranging in ages 8 to 15 years old. Although for the past 15 years Wendy has been a devoted stay at home mother, she really enjoys being back in the work force again. She is called a “Jill of all trades” since she has her hand in a little of everything from laying tile and refinishing furniture to quilting and reading a good book.

Shelley Cannon
Patient Care Coordinator/Rainbow Office

In June of 2010, Shelley came on board with Anderson Audiology. It has been a challenging, yet rewarding experience as she has learned to balance her new life as a “career woman”, after being home for 33 years cooking, cleaning, and raising children. “I love the opportunity to learn, grow, and serve with the amazing Anderson team.” Shelley has a very supportive husband, 6 wonderful children, and 9 beautiful grandchildren. After growing up in sunny California, Shelley moved to Utah where she graduated from Brigham Young University in Nursing. She and her family have resided in Las Vegas since 1980. Some of Shelley’s passions include her religion, playing the piano and organ, knitting, traveling, reading, and having all of her family together.

Robin Bleazard
Patient Care Coordinator/ Rainbow Office

Robin has been employed at Anderson Audiology since August of 2010; however she was a patient long before that. Coming from a long line of “Technology Wearers”, Robin feels fortunate to not only have found Anderson Audiology for her personal hearing needs, but also in having the opportunity to work for some of the finest people she knows. Being the mother of 4 and grandmother of 3, her ability to hear is imperative to the relationships she has at work and home. She says, “I never want to be separated from the people I love and care about simply because I can’t hear what they are saying.” Robin enjoys quilting, hand embroidery, her I-Pad, and spending time with her loving family and husband of 30 years.

Amy Bolling
Patient Care Coordinator/ Aliante Office

Amy was hired at Anderson Audiology in February 2011 and already has seen the effects the practice has in many lives, including her own. “Although I’ve been here a short time, I love knowing that every staff member and patient is made to feel that they are the most important. I feel like we really make a difference in people’s quality of life.” Amy was born and raised right here in sunny Las Vegas. She has been married to her wonderful husband since June of 2001 and has 2 boys. Amy is very active in her church and her children’s activities. Although she rarely has spare time for herself as her life revolves around her 2 boys, Amy still considers being a mother her greatest joy. When she does find some down time she can be found quilting, reading, cooking, and baking.
